I spent ten years working in the health club industry setting up diet and exercise programs for clients to help them lose fat, improve muscle tone and get in the best shape of their lives. It doesn’t matter if you are 25 or 75. I know how to get results and I want to help you like I have helped nearly one thousand other individuals. I am committed to personally guiding you and teaching you everything I know. When does the course start and finish?
The course starts the week of Monday November 8th, 2021 and lasts for 6 weeks. However, as soon as you sign up, I will make your menu plan so you can get a jump start and start losing weight before we even officially begin!
How does this course work?
When you join the Weight Loss for Life course, you will be added to a special FB group for education, support accountability. We will meet every week for a live training via zoom where I will educate you on the weeks topic. We will also have a live Q and A every week for you to bring all of your questions regarding the lesson. Don't worry if you can't make it, as it will all be recorded for you to have for life.
Do you offer refunds?
There are no refunds. I will give you 100% and show up every week giving you my best and ask that you come ready to commit and participate. This program WILL work, if you work. I will help you every step of the way. Therefore there are no refunds.
Will I be given exact meal plans to follow?
Every participant will be given their caloric goal and a sample menu. This will guide you to the best food choices and teach you how to substitute. You will have everything you need to succeed.
